I just got back from delivery a baby shower cake, and the aroma of the butter and sugar is still beautifully lingering in my car. For this cake, I tried out a new Italian Buttercream recipe, which I think has become my go-to frosting for now on. The texture is silky and smooth, while buttery and not too sweet. If you order a cake from me, this will be the frosting you get, unless otherwise specified. For those of you with food allergies, I CAN accommodate and make Vegan Buttercreams, so don’t worry about missing out! 🙂
